SES is assembling a board of advisors with deep domain expertise in the markets and disciplines that matter most to our success. Announcements will be made as advisors are confirmed.
Domains We Are Recruiting
We are looking for advisors who have operated in the environments SES serves — not advisors who know about them from the outside.
Defense & Government
Procurement, program management, and DoD/DND acquisition experience. Understanding of military field operations and logistics.
Oil & Gas Operations
Field operations leadership from E&P or midstream. Experience with remote site energy management and diesel reduction programs.
Clean Energy & Storage
Battery systems, energy storage deployment, or grid-edge technology. Particularly relevant: off-grid and hybrid microgrid experience.
Industrial Manufacturing
Scaling hardware from prototype to production. Supply chain, DFM, and contract manufacturing in North America.
Capital & Growth
Growth equity, strategic M&A, or government grant program expertise relevant to Canadian deep-tech companies.
